Dear Clients, Colleagues and Friends,
Over the past week, we have devoted considerable attention and effort to determine the most responsible manner to navigate the challenges associated with the COVID-19 health crisis. We continue to follow daily developments prioritizing the health and well being of our employees and their families, as we continue to fulfill our commitment to our clients. Effective Tuesday, March 17, our physical office will be temporarily closed with the exception of a limited number of administrative staff to ensure that telephone messages to the office are promptly directed to the attorneys and that mail is timely processed. If for any reason you are unable to reach us by telephone, our attorneys and staff will be checking their emails on a regular basis. All of our attorneys, as well as the balance of our administrative staff, will be working remotely and remain available to you during this time. We are confident that the measures we have taken will enable continuous and uninterrupted service to you while joining in the global effort to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Siana Law remains committed to meeting the needs of its clients and you can be assured that you have the commitment of our entire team. I am extremely proud of the dedication and resolve that our team has demonstrated in addressing this difficult situation. Our attorneys and staff will contact you by phone and via email to check in, reschedule any existing appointments, and to carry on matters of business as we normally would. Should you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to us.
During the time that Siana Law is temporarily closed, should you seek any information related to COVID-19, the following are links to the Pennsylvania Department of Health and Chester County websites devoted to the Coronavirus:
We will continue to monitor this situation and send updates as necessary. We thank you all for your anticipated cooperation during this difficult and uncertain time. We extend to you and your families our best wishes for comfort and good health.
