Mr. Mauger is a 2010 graduate of Elizabethtown College, where he received a B.A. in English, before earning an M.A. in English from West Chester University in 2013. He is a 2018 graduate of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, and has held positions at the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee & Emigrant Services, the Office of Chief Counsel, Immigration & Customs Enforcement, and at a local private practice. Mr. Mauger has experience in estate planning & administration, business planning & corporate counsel, and real property counsel & litigation. He will focus his practice in corporate and commercial law at the Firm.
Mr. Mauger is a member of the American Bar Association, the Chester County Bar Association, the Federalist Society, the Philadelphia Lawyer’s Chapter, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is also actively involved in the Pottstown Human Relations Commission and the Pottstown Borough Land Bank. His article, Reopening your small business amid COVID-19? Lawsuits loom. Here’s how to do it safely, was published in the June 2020 issue of the Philadelphia Inquirer. He currently resides in Pottstown, PA with his family.
