Christopher P. Gerber is a native of Atlantic City, New Jersey. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1991. Mr. Gerber graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1995, where he was a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society and the Moot Court Honor Society. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Mr. Gerber concentrates his practice in labor and employment law, civil rights, and municipal law. Mr. Gerber frequently lectures on issues that affect public and private employers located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
