Andrew M. Rongaus is a native of Chester County and currently resides in West Chester, PA with his wife and children. Mr. Rongaus is an experienced litigator, with over eighteen years of experience as a government attorney in the criminal and civil practice areas. He has held some of the highest executive positions in Pennsylvania law enforcement as Deputy Chief Counsel for the Pennsylvania State Police, and Chief Deputy Attorney General for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in Narcotics and Drug Law Enforcement.
