Thomas X. McAndrew, Jr. is a native of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. Mr. McAndrew earned his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from the University of Pittsburgh in 1977. He graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1981. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. McAndrew concentrates his practice in insurance defense litigation, with an emphasis in municipal law, including police professional, public official, motor vehicle and premises liability. He also has considerable litigation experience representing clients in medical, legal and other professional malpractice claims, personal injury claims, and family law matters. Mr. McAndrew has also lectured on the topics of municipal and professional liability.
