Crotty, Esquire presented a seminar on Cyberliability & Municipal Risk Management as part of the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors’ 2016 annual conference/convention. Mike presented before a variety of Township supervisors, officials, managers and staff. The presentation addressed common pitfalls and best practices to address the increasing threat of cyber-attacks against Pennsylvania Townships. Discussion included the internal and external sources of cyberliability, insurance protections in place to address potential liability, and legal issues associated with township use of social media.
