Commonwealth Court Limits Zoning Hearing Boards on Short-Term Rentals by Thomas J. Grant, Esquire

The Commonwealth Court recently issued a ruling that emphasized the importance of statutory drafting when it comes to Zoning Ordinances. In Hoefling v.
