Robert T. Sing
Robert T. Sing serves in the Firm’s Business, Solicitor/Land Use, and General Liability Litigation Practice Groups. His practice is multi-disciplined, including business, real estate, and commercial matters, land use and zoning matters for local agencies and applicants, ordinance preparation and enforcement, responding to Right-to-Know requests and appeals to the Office of Open Records, contract drafting and review, and appellate litigation. He also defends against claims filed pursuant to the Municipalities Planning Code, Sunshine Act, Stormwater Management Act and Clean Streams Law, Political Subdivision Tort Claims Act, Eminent Domain Code and Section 1983. Robert represents municipalities and local agencies as a Solicitor throughout Chester County, Berks County, Delaware County and Montgomery County.
Robert is a native of Delaware County, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Widener University, and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington. Robert is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania’s state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.

Robert T. Sing is a native of Glen Mills, PA and currently resides in Gilbertsville, PA. Throughout law school, Mr. Sing interned at one of the premier plaintiffs’ personal injury firms in Philadelphia. Upon passing the bar exam, he continued with the firm as an attorney.
