Siana Law is pleased to announce the admission of Christopher P. Gerber and Michael G. Crotty as General Partners to the Firm.
Having joined the Firm in 1998, Mr. Gerber has an accomplished record of successfully representing public and private entities as well as individuals in the areas of civil rights, police liability, and labor and employment law. Mr. Gerber has helped shape federal law, state law and policy in matters of governmental authority, police administration and employee relations. Mr. Crotty joined the Firm in 2004 and was elevated to partner status within the firm in 2010. Mr. Crotty has been at the forefront of developing municipal law in Pennsylvania, particularly as it concerns zoning, subdivision, administrative agency statutory obligations, and other areas of municipal governance. He has diligently and successfully navigated townships, boroughs, authorities and other local agencies, as well as private clients, through novel statutory, regulatory and legal frameworks in these areas, helping establish precedent throughout the Commonwealth. The Partnership looks forward to continued growth and success with the leadership and management contributions afforded by the addition of Mr. Gerber and Mr. Crotty to the Firm’s management team.
