Siana Law proudly announces Tom McAndrew as General Liability Practice Group Chair.
Mr. McAndrew has been a partner for the firm for over 20 years. He concentrates his practice in insurance defense litigation with an emphasis on municipal and general liability matters. He has experience in representing medical and legal clients and has lectured on topics of municipal and professional liability.
In his capacity as the chair for the general liability practice group, he will lead the firm’s attorneys in representing the interests of municipal risk pool associations, insurers, and employers in all aspects of civil litigation. He leads a team of lawyers who proactively and aggressively advocates and defends the interests of their clients involving bodily injury, property damage and monetary claims. The group has extensive and successful litigation experience on all levels of the state and federal court systems from the trial courts up through the appellate courts.
