Andy Rongaus is a partner at Siana Law, where he serves as Chair of the Civil Rights, Police Professional & Emergency Services Practice Group. Mr. Rongaus represents elected officials, law enforcement, and other emergency service providers in defending against civil rights and other alleged constitutional violations. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Rongaus served as Deputy Chief Counsel for the Pennsylvania State Police, Chief Deputy Attorney General at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, and as an Assistant District Attorney in both Chester and Delaware Counties, Pennsylvania.
