Stephen V. Siana is proud to serve as the Chair for the Firm’s Business and Real Estate Practice Group.
Mr. Siana’s practice focuses on commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate and partnership matters, real estate, land use and zoning, commercial lending and employment practices. He also has significant experience in the areas of municipal law, insurance law and estate planning. He has been instrumental in the development of group self-insurance and risk-sharing pools in Pennsylvania.
Stephen recognizes that being an effective business lawyer requires more than simply understanding the law; it also requires an ability to work effectively with the people across the table, as well as being responsive and practical. He has achieved a reputation for exemplary business representation by applying his business, accounting and legal disciplines to accomplish the client’s goals.
In his role as Chair of the Business and Real Estate Practice Group, Mr. Siana will exercise over 40 years of leadership and experience to oversee the Firm’s team of attorneys, continuing the Firm’s mission of providing exceptional service to our clients while achieving optimal results.
