Siana Law is proud to announce that Andrew M. Rongaus has been named Chair of the Civil Rights, Police Professional and Emergency Services Practice Group.
Mr. Rongaus has been a partner with the firm since 2021. In his capacity as Chair of the Civil Rights, Police Professional & Emergency Services Practice Group, he will lead the firm’s attorneys in representing municipalities, public officials, police officers, volunteer and career fire companies, firefighters, EMS squads and their EMS professionals throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Federal and State Courts against civil rights and other alleged constitutional violations.
The firm’s Civil Rights, Police Professional and Emergency Services Practice Group are experienced and have an outstanding reputation with attorneys and judges defending civil rights claims in all levels of the court system. Our attorneys have over 100 years of collective experience and have tried numerous cases to verdict, obtaining successful results for our clients.
Additionally, the laws impacting police, fire and EMS professionals are complex with significant overlap between municipal laws and the separate non-profit fire and EMS companies that impact municipal police fire and EMS operations.
